Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SlotPage (slotpage.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

SlotPage is an online booking platform for independent service providers. It helps customers view services, choose a time, and book appointments easily through a single link.

3. User Accounts

• Providers must register with a valid account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• One account per booking page

4. Pricing and Payments

• Free: Free to use, limited to 2 services, includes SlotPage branding
• Pro ($9.99/month or $99/year): Unlimited services, email confirmations, reminders, calendar sync, payment collection, analytics, blocked dates, no branding
• New Pro accounts include a 14-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends.
• Payments are processed via a trusted third-party payment processor, billed monthly or annually
• Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing cycle

5. Payment Collection

Providers may enable payment collection on their booking page. When enabled:

• Customers pay at booking time for the selected service
• Payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment processor
• SlotPage charges a 2% platform fee on each transaction
• Refund policy is set by each provider individually (full refund, partial refund for late cancellations, or no refund)
• SlotPage is not responsible for disputes between providers and customers regarding payments or refunds

6. Calendar Integration

Providers can optionally connect their calendar to SlotPage. When connected:

• Confirmed bookings automatically create events in the provider's calendar
• Personal calendar events block booking slots to prevent double-bookings
• Calendar access can be disconnected at any time from the provider dashboard
• When disconnected, all calendar permissions are revoked immediately
• SlotPage only accesses free/busy status — we do not read event details

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Send spam or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization
• Use automated systems to create fake bookings
• Infringe on the intellectual property of others

8. Liability

SlotPage is a booking management tool. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by providers to customers
• Disputes between providers and customers
• Loss of revenue due to temporary service interruptions

9. Account Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your booking page will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
