Providers: Name, email (via authentication), business information, services, working hours
Customers: Name, email, phone number (provided at booking time)
Booking data: Date, time, selected service, booking status
Calendar data: When a provider connects their calendar, we access calendar availability to prevent double-bookings. We do not read event details — only free/busy status.
Payment data: When customers pay for bookings, payment information is processed by a trusted third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide the online booking service
Send booking confirmation emails and reminders
Create calendar events for confirmed bookings (when provider has connected their calendar)
Process payments for bookings (when provider has enabled payment collection)
Improve and develop our services
Communicate with you about your account

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only:

Between providers and customers who make a booking (name, email, phone)
With trusted third-party service providers for email delivery, payment processing, and authentication
With our payment processor for processing booking payments (when provider has enabled payment collection)
With calendar services for creating booking events and checking availability (when provider has connected their calendar)
When required by law

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Booking data is retained for 12 months after the appointment date. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@slotpage.app.

5. Calendar Access

When a provider connects their calendar to SlotPage:

We access your calendar only to create booking events and check availability (free/busy status)
We do not read, store, or share the details of your personal calendar events
You can disconnect calendar access at any time from your dashboard
When disconnected, all calendar permissions are revoked immediately
Calendar data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties

6. Data Security

We use appropriate security measures including HTTPS encryption, data storage on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other international security standards, and strict access controls.

Request data deletion
Opt out of marketing emails

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the service to function (e.g. session cookies for authentication). We do not use advertising cookies.
